The Large Munsterlander is a German versatile gundog from the Munster region, used to point and retrieve on land and in water. It is a separate breed from the Small Munsterlander.

Temperament

These pointers are typically friendly, people-oriented, and eager to hunt. They need field work or long runs. A bored Munsterlander will find a scent trail.
